I've changed the discussion board from phpBB 2 to phpBB 3. I hope this will cut down on forum spam and make administering the board easier.

To test this, I've unbanned some major E-mail domains (AOL, GMail, HotMail and Yahoo) and switched from Administrator registration back to User registration.
